Beginning on the Copperbelt in the 1960s, Mr. Daka built a reputation for discipline and integrity. By the early 1970s, his entrepreneurial footprint expanded to the Eastern Province, acquiring this commercial property in Katete. The Tsatirani Mwambo Store, established in 1982, quickly became a trusted community landmark.
A Family's Unwavering Commitment
When Mr. Daka passed away in 1987, his children, led by Ephraim Daka Jr., honored his legacy. They ensured the values of honesty, service, and community remained at the business's heart, transforming it into Tsatirani Business Premises.
Today, the property is managed by Mr. Peter Isaac Daka, who operates his own business on-site alongside two additional commercial tenants. Through changing times, Tsatirani remains a constant, a living testament to its founder's vision.
Tsatirani has always been more than a business location — it is a meeting point, a place of connection, and a contributor to community life.
